The only think we ask is if your leave your mobile in your bag so you can fully switch off ;)

More info we will start the ceremony with a grounding exercise to welcome you into the space and drop into your body. We can hold energies and attachments with our hair, so there is an invitation to set an intention to let go of any attachments, or something that you are holding onto. By letting go we are creating space for something new, so there is also an invitation to simply allow what is meant for you to come forward. the ends of our hair can be 2,3 8 13 years old! holding stories from our past, by letting go we can accept change and allow a realignment of what is present today. A treatment of herbs, clay and essential oils will gently exfoliate any old hair and dead cells away, allowing for growth and lightness. Your old ends of your hair will be cut (and sent away to be used as compost for new life to grow) in styled into your chosen look.

This is a 121 appointment to reduce the overwhelm that a busier enviroment can cause. You are more than welcome to bring a friend if this feels more comfortable for you.

A 121 appointment that begins with cleansing and grounding with sage and breathwork. receive a head massage and 2 part hair treatment that begins with a exfoliating clay with essential oils (that will be decided by you on the day) mask that will remove any impurities, and flower remedy to deeply nurish your hair. While your treatment is given time to pentrate deep into the hair, sounds bowls and chimes will help you to reconnect to yourself. granting your self some time to slow down and rest.
You have the option to let your hair dry naturally , diffuse or blow dry. please be advised this appointment doesn't include a hair cut. please see one of the other services for this.
you will be given a pulse point roller with your chosen essential oils In to take home to connect to its relaxation at home whenever you need it.
